Bjoern Migga leads front-end development for EZRS‘s AI-augmented reserve study software. He has been building web applications for more than twenty years, and shapes how the product looks and feels for the people who use it.
Before EZRS, Bjoern spent over a decade at STRATO AG in Berlin, Germany, moving from customer support and quality assurance into software development, and later working as a Scrum Master alongside his development work. He is a certified Advanced ScrumMaster and is guided by a simple motto: START finishing, STOP starting — finish what’s on the board before picking up something new.
At EZRS, his work focuses on the parts of the product that reserve professionals use day to day — component and funding views, scenario modeling, and reporting — with the goal of keeping a complex capital planning tool straightforward to use.
