John Zanni is a veteran technology executive and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience leading innovation across global industries. Before founding EZRS, he held senior roles at Microsoft, Parallels, and served as President of Acronis SCS, where he helped modernize cybersecurity for the U.S. public sector.
Inspired by his early years managing his family’s French restaurant, John built EZRS around a simple philosophy: understand people first, and everything else follows. In 2025, he launched EZRS to modernize capital and maintenance planning with AI, creating a platform that helps organizations prevent costly surprises and plan smarter for the future.
Under his leadership, EZRS operates as a fully remote, self-funded company driven by purpose, balance, and innovation — proving that small, focused teams can change industries.
