Leading EZRS's vision for smarter reserve planning
John Zanni is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Easy Reserve Study, Inc. (EZRS®), a software company that builds AI-augmented reserve study and capital planning software for reserve specialists, reserve firms, property managers, and community associations.
John Zanni founded EZRS in [JAHR] to replace static spreadsheets with a living, audit-ready capital planning system. Under his leadership, EZRS follows an “AI-augmented, professional-led” approach: the software accelerates scenario modeling, reserve calculations, and reporting, while a credentialed reserve specialist’s judgment governs the final study. EZRS software supports — and does not replace — a professional reserve study.
Before founding EZRS, John Zanni spent more than three decades in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and software innovation. He held executive leadership positions at Microsoft, Parallels, and Acronis, where he built and grew global technology organizations serving enterprise and government customers.
