John Zanni is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EZRS®, where he leads the company’s mission to modernize reserve planning through AI-augmented software built specifically for reserve professionals. With more than three decades of leadership in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and software innovation, John brings deep experience building products that solve complex business challenges at scale.

Before founding EZRS, John held executive leadership positions at Microsoft, Parallels, and Acronis, where he helped build and grow global technology organizations serving enterprise and government customers. Today, he combines that technology expertise with decades of reserve planning knowledge developed alongside industry professionals to help transform how reserve studies are created, managed, and maintained.

John writes about reserve planning technology, capital planning, HOA reserve studies, reserve fund management, AI in property management, and the future of long-term asset planning. His focus is helping reserve specialists, reserve management companies, property managers, and community associations replace outdated spreadsheets with smarter, more defensible planning tools that improve accuracy and efficiency.
