Francois Zanni Zanni is an experienced operator and entrepreneur with more than three decades of leadership across hospitality and business management. As Chief Operations Officer at EZRS, he drives operational strategy and organizational excellence, helping transform how communities plan and manage their long-term assets.
Before co-founding EZRS, François revitalized seven restaurants across Montana and California, including Le Rendez-Vous, his family’s renowned French restaurant. Known for his people-first leadership and operational precision, he now applies those same principles to strengthen EZRS’s mission — empowering organizations to plan smarter, operate proactively, and deliver excellence at every level.
